We are delighted with CheckAppointments.com! The application is easy to use, offers more features than any online scheduler we've used in the past, and has the added benefit of allowing us to notify clients directly through the application when their services are booked. The interface allows for input of basic client info, such as address, phone numbers, e-mail, etc. But, it goes one step further and allows us to include notes and special instructions regarding each client's services. This allows us to customize our services for each and every client.
Our representatives have access to all of the records for clients that we serve, so it's a simple for them to provide service at a moment's notice, even if they're filling in for another representative. We can track our reps' scheduled services, and even see when they have scheduled time off for vacations or personal leave. Reps see only their own schedules, but our main office has administrative control and can see all of our reps' schedules. We are greatly impressed with CheckAppointments.com and highly recommend it to other businesses as a fully-functional, user-friendly and affordable online scheduling application.

Customer support is the best I've ever seen. I can send a support email and receive an answer within an hour, usually. This includes support questions I've sent during holiday weekends that were still answered within an hour, even though I wasn't planning on receiving an answer until a couple days later. Scheduling appointments is very easy and intuitive, even though the format is different than most scheduling software programs. The web-based software format allows us to check, schedule or cancel appointments from any computer we are at.
It also automatically emails appointment confirmations and reminders, which has almost completely eliminated no-shows.

As a House Director for a dormitory style fraternity house, sometimes it can get a little crazy scheduling “check out times” for summer move out. Last year I tried to do it by hand, having all students sign up on a common place bulletin board. But the students were not consistent and in a sense disregarded the sign up sheet. By going online with CheckAppointments.com I was able to send an email link to our personalized website with extremely easy directions on how to sign up for a check out time. Not only did my students receive email reminders, they took our appointments seriously because it was created through a professional website. The students cancelled and rescheduled their own appointments for slots that were more convenient for their schedule. I was immediately alerted of any changes and was very pleased to not have to travel back and forth to the bulletin board to note changes (which historically remained empty until the last minute). Additionally I was able to efficiently alert students when I was not available through features found on CheckAppointments.com. I recommend this website to anyone dealing with college/university dormitory check outs. This was a great help!!!
